Halloween Themed Haiku Poetry Topic Ideas

Halloween is my favorite holiday. I adore the playful spookiness, the carving of pumpkins and wearing of fun, colorful costumes. Trick-or-treating was so fun as a kid, and now it’s fun again in a whole new way now that I have children. In fact, my first poetry book was about Halloween.

I’ve put together this page as a resource to help anyone wishing to write a haiku or poem about Halloween. It contains ideas and imagery which I hope will inspire you.
